These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the our website, learning platform and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, buying a course or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing logins is not permitted, and we may limit how many devices are signed in at once.

Enrolling gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning, for the access period shown on the course page.

We may update or reorganise content to keep it current. Live session schedules, trainers and batch timings may change; we will tell you in advance where we can.

• Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Instalments must be paid on the agreed dates; access may be paused while a payment is overdue.
• Coupons and offers carry their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• download, record, copy, resell or redistribute course content;
• bypass watermarks, device limits or other security measures;
• post unlawful, abusive or infringing material;
• interfere with, probe or scrape the Platform;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

All Platform content — videos, text, code, assessments, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Work you submit stays yours; you let us host and review it to deliver the course.

Certificates are issued when you meet a course's completion criteria and confirm completion with us; they are not government-recognised degrees unless stated. Career support is provided as described on the program page. Hiring decisions rest with employers, and no job, salary or interview is guaranteed.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, including for credential sharing or piracy, without a refund. You can close your account at any time by contacting the contact details on our Contact page.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
