Privacy Policy

We operate this learning platform and are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.

• Account: name, email, phone, password (stored only as a secure hash) and Google sign-in identifiers if used.
• Billing: billing name, address, GSTIN if provided, and payment status. Card and bank details stay with our payment partner.
• Learning: enrolments, progress, quiz results, notes, comments, certificates and reviews.
• Technical: IP address, device and browser type, session identifiers and security logs.
• Communications: messages you send us and your notification preferences.

• to process payments, issue invoices and meet tax obligations;
• to track progress, issue certificates and provide career support you opt into;
• to send service messages — verification codes, receipts, class updates;
• to send offers only where you agreed, with an opt-out in every message;
• to prevent fraud, piracy and misuse, and to improve the Platform.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you register or purchase, and for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act such as complying with law. You may withdraw consent at any time; some services may then no longer be available.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• payment gateways, to process transactions;
• email, messaging, hosting and video providers that run the Platform for us;
• trainers and mentors, limited to what they need to teach you;
• hiring partners, only when you opt in;
• authorities, where the law requires.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and secure, and may use analytics to understand how the Platform is used. Blocking essential cookies may stop the Platform working correctly.

We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logging, and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of any breach as the law requires. We keep data while your account is active, keep invoices for as long as tax law requires, and delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• access a summary of the data we hold about you;
• have it corrected, completed or updated;
• have it erased, subject to legal retention;
• withdraw consent and manage marketing preferences;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
• raise a grievance with us, then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Where a child uses the Platform, we process their data only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and never for targeted advertising.
