Questions, answered
How do I enrol in a course?
Open the course you want, choose Buy now and pay securely online. Access is added to your account the moment the payment is confirmed — you will find the course under My courses, and a confirmation email with your invoice is sent straight away.
Can I try a course before I pay?
Yes, where a course offers free preview lessons. They are marked “Watch free” in the syllabus on the course page and open without an account or a payment.
How long do I keep access to a course?
Each course page states its access period before you pay — either lifetime access or a fixed number of days from enrolment. If you renew while your access is still live, the new period is added on top of the time you have left, so you never pay for days you already hold.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments go through Razorpay's secure checkout: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or a QR code), credit and debit cards, and the other methods shown at checkout, such as net banking and wallets.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued automatically for every purchase. It is attached to your confirmation email and is always available to download from Invoices in your account.
Can I buy a course from outside India?
Yes. Courses with an international price can be paid for in that currency — the price card on the course page shows a currency switch when it is available. International purchases are invoiced as an export of service, without GST.
Are certificates verifiable?
Every certificate Square Brackets issues carries a certificate number and a verification code, with a QR code that opens its public verification page — so an employer can confirm it is genuine in a few seconds.
What if I need a refund?
Refunds follow our refund policy, which sets out when a purchase can be refunded and how long it takes to reach you. You can read it on the Refund policy page, and our team is reachable through the Contact page if anything is unclear.
